He was then able to prepare a strong commercial loan proposal and was successful in securing finance for us. Our business has grown strongly since 2010.

In 2007 we were looking to set up a backhoe excavation business and approached the local credit union. They were unable to assist but referred us to Michael Clarke at Compass Lending & Finance. Michael assisted in fine tuning our business plan and helped us with our cash flow preparation. He then presented a loan application to a finance company and was able to secure a lease for a second hand back hoe. We have since updated the plant and machinery, once again using Michael to source the finance. With our business well and truly established, in 2013 we were then able to fund the purchase of land and construct a family home. Without Michael’s assistance we would not have been in the stable financial position that we are today.
